great listeners, set stretch goals and coach you to success

The problem and issue that I'm having I'm sure the executive team and the CEO will handle it to the best of their ability because it needs to be addressed

Open door policy and a heavy focus on growing individuals that can grow the company.

Tenured, knowledgeable, supportive, forward thinking, growth strategy and change champions.

They are humble, and very down to earth.

Understanding yet not, reasonable or compasionite to their employees

Evolved and eager to be better.

WORKING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE with each individual Strong Quality of Care about Worker's and mainly Customer

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to focus on creating a fair, supportive environment. Holding everyone accountable consistently, setting realistic expectations, and fostering open, respectful communication would greatly improve the workplace culture.

Review from Sales Dept

Actually understanfing their employees and identifying with them.

Everything. Passing out repair orders, know tech skills. Comebacks going to different techs. No actual management support.

The leadership needs to allow for normal work hours. There is no payment for staff that may work 11 hour days and are not paid any overtime. Shamefull!

Review from Admin Dept

Listen to the voices of experienced people

Review from Sales Dept

Communications with worker's and get them a raise

Actually caring about something other than profit. Like people, customers, employees, ethics, community, trying to provide value and not just take take take

Everything employee treatment and general customer satisfaction

Being fair to all employees not just one type.

communication skills and management skills

Review from Operations Dept

The leader ship team needs to get better at caring about the success of everyone and welcoming a new person on board

Working as a team & putting effort into happy team members, work life balance

Making sure there is no retaliation in the work place.

The leadership team has to get better at setting standards to what is expected of our service and parts teams.

There needs to be a leader ship team to begin with somebody that actually has their head in the game and isn't just listening to hearsay and using faulty GPS computer data against people!

not lying and actually show up to work

Volatile work atmosphere toxic management equipment always broken management only cares about his pay check

Review from Operations Dept

Theres no organization with this company as to how they cooperate. They expect you to always be on the move even if you have no work at all. Their cleaniness is terrible, one look of the mess they have will make you sick to their stomach. Chris is the manager and he can’t even take care of his sho

Communication, training, Empathy, patience and teamwork

everything needs work so bad
