The leadership team needs to focus on creating a fair, supportive environment. Holding everyone accountable consistently, setting realistic expectations, and fostering open, respectful communication would greatly improve the workplace culture.

Actually understanfing their employees and identifying with them.
Everything. Passing out repair orders, know tech skills. Comebacks going to different techs. No actual management support.
The leadership needs to allow for normal work hours. There is no payment for staff that may work 11 hour days and are not paid any overtime. Shamefull!

pay what I really make my last check was short $2000.00 a bonus I earn

They only care about management
The corporation needs to pay the employees for all the hours they work. Employees need to divide hours worked by there gross wages they will find that they work for less then a fast food employee.
Review from Admin Dept
Wittnessing record profits as many low income people are fired, and our pay has been cut over 60% is empirically verifiable evidence that employees are not viewed as human beings. There are no feelings in this. These are facts and the facts reveal a CEO who cares nothing about people
I feel like am not being paid enough hourly for the work I do. I have no intention of doing any other work besides what I was orginally hired for. I hope to get pay raise for compensation.

Show up on time, make less errors.

Uphold company standards and policies
Educate themselves and stop doing drugs
A team walks into the office like theyr're the bosses and are so condescending
not sure why there's drama when everybody's over the age of 30
Hire a new GM that aftually lives in the same state

Change the GM And the little kids
Unity, support, backing, better pay structures
New management to start.. maybe a manager that cares about improvement and moving forward. Maybe a manager that cares about his employees work performance..
Honest managers, proper communication, management that isn't running scared of the corporation.

The interview process was easy.

More management training on hiring employees
Review from Sales Dept
I wish i was told more about the job and what a mess it was. So much has gaooened at the store no ine sees red flags
The time it takes to hire
The pay plans need to be restructered, the managers need training on how to manage people, the staff needs to be more welcoming to each other and new employees, and training needs major improvement.
Review from HR Dept
Management only cares about their own agendas and do nothing to fix thenproblems that are going on in the service department and are loosing quality employees in the process
Holding the proper people responsible for their actions and not putting all responsibilities on advisors shoulders
Customers must be acknowleged quicker, staff needs to better communicate with customers.
Review from Admin Dept
In the past, we were treated as human beings and compensated according to our work and skill. Currently, we are treated as nothing more than something less than human that exists solely to make profit for our CEO. The only way to improve is a foundational change of how employees are treated.
Communication, appreciation, transparency and compensation.
