Absolutely nothing but going home. I use to actually care about helping people w their issues. Then Lithia killed that. Raising labor rates beyond reach for the customers and not compensating employees properly... so again hoing home is what makes me happy... used to like this place

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The pay plans need to be restructered, the managers need training on how to manage people, the staff needs to be more welcoming to each other and new employees, and training needs major improvement.

Management only cares about their own agendas and do nothing to fix thenproblems that are going on in the service department and are loosing quality employees in the process

Holding the proper people responsible for their actions and not putting all responsibilities on advisors shoulders

In the past, we were treated as human beings and compensated according to our work and skill. Currently, we are treated as nothing more than something less than human that exists solely to make profit for our CEO. The only way to improve is a foundational change of how employees are treated.

i cant go to church on Sundays because they will not let me come in a little late

Actually caring enough to improve instead of keeping up a temporary act to make people happy

The management is terrible there's no proof for any of the accusations and everything is hearsay yet people still get reprimanded for doing what they were before told to do

Terrible customer service experience because of poor management playing games, and neglects To offer refreshemenrs regularly. Coffee and water is always out; and we offer the customer a drink and there is nothing

Management has spiraled out of control. No customer service

Like every situation it starts with the top down. If the top guy at Lithia doesn't even care to come to our store doesn't even care to send a representative to our store and meet the larger producers and ask how they can make things better they will never make things better

Managers need help becoming in charge of sitiations and not allow other none authority coworkers do there job for them.

Better management. Managers that dont take the opportunity everytime to humiliate their staff

Treat your employees, customers better. Show some backbone and fire GMs that sexually harass and demean female coworkers.

Being an employee at Lithia Motors HQ simply isn't worth it. Poor managers, poor processes, poor pay, and poor benefits.

No problems get addressed and no repercussions
