The executive team at Lithia could care less about anybody that works for them. They believe every employee is expendable and replaceable. No culture no benefits poor working conditions and horrible management.

Every interview I sat in on I was told to wait for an hour before anybody would talk to me. If my interview is scheduled at 11 o'clock the first person I spoke to was at 12 o'clock disgraceful

They can start by hiring more intelligent workers. I worked with a number of people that have been to prison and for some reason this was very acceptable at the store that I worked at. At times I was embarrassed to be working with some of the people that they hired.

Like every situation it starts with the top down. If the top guy at Lithia doesn't even care to come to our store doesn't even care to send a representative to our store and meet the larger producers and ask how they can make things better they will never make things better
