New management to start.. maybe a manager that cares about improvement and moving forward. Maybe a manager that cares about his employees work performance..

Absolutely nothing but going home. I use to actually care about helping people w their issues. Then Lithia killed that. Raising labor rates beyond reach for the customers and not compensating employees properly... so again hoing home is what makes me happy... used to like this place
