Yes!!! I work to the best of my ability and at other jobs I was appreciated!! Here, management is too busy with there significant others, drinking, and smoking to care about the guest.

Teamwork!! Needs to a priority but at the East peoria, Il. Location. Teamwork is not implemented. People are singled out for the smallest issue when it should be a teams issue and dealt with as a teams and how to make the team better instead of the individual.

Teamwork and FOH management need to all work together!! Management needs to be more hands on!! As well as everyone needs to be encouraged of there good work instead of always being put down and singled out for minimum issues. Bigger issues are being ignored and FOH mngrs are stealing!
