    Employee morale is low and attrition is high. Need better exec acknowledgement of problems and public plan to fix, instead of downplaying.

  • Properly plan. Working nights and weekends is not the solution.

  • In general because the offices are in downtown city locations, the managers are accommodating for working from home. Many people have long commutes. The pace is fast and startup-like and deadlines sometimes call for extra hours.

  • Depends on the team, but it is what you make it! As long as you get your work done, I think it's fine. I'd usually be out of the office by 5:30.

  • Not good. If you got a complaint they will give you an answer that is super generic but would not actually address it. Managers do not know how to handle HR issue and HR does not know how to pass on feedback to the managers. Stay away
