Most (but not all) of the leadership team is approachable and willing to speak to employees. Senior leadership has a vision and a plan.

In general people are smart and nice. Very few jerks in the building, and for the most part they are not tolerated in the company culture.

Employee morale is low and attrition is high. Need better exec acknowledgement of problems and public plan to fix, instead of downplaying.

Leadership needs to be more transparent and relate to all employees
Morale is low, shared eng services are underfunded. Invest fully in fewer things and fix long-standing issues.
