Employee morale is low and attrition is high. Need better exec acknowledgement of problems and public plan to fix, instead of downplaying.
Properly plan. Working nights and weekends is not the solution.
Fire management. Focus on core values.

3 weeks, 11 holidays, 3 volunteer days in the U.S.
Standard, you get about two weeks paid time off (PTO) and 3 days of volunteer time off (VTO). Observance of most federal holidays too.
How's the work life balance at Lookout?
In general because the offices are in downtown city locations, the managers are accommodating for working from home. Many people have long commutes. The pace is fast and startup-like and deadlines sometimes call for extra hours.
Depends on the team, but it is what you make it! As long as you get your work done, I think it's fine. I'd usually be out of the office by 5:30.

Work better as a team. Implement any proven modern planning strategy.
Remove managers.
How does Lookout handle HR issues?
Not good. If you got a complaint they will give you an answer that is super generic but would not actually address it. Managers do not know how to handle HR issue and HR does not know how to pass on feedback to the managers. Stay away
