Hands down, the best company I have ever worked for. Even though I have only been here 1.5 years, I still pinch myself daily. The All Hands, was such a great experience. To meet people that you work with daily, in person, was the best feeling. I LOVE MY JOB.

Realizing what my worth is to an employer. Being under appreciated (benefits, salary, etc) is very detrimental to your mind set when it comes to your career. Being here is like a breath of fresh air, and a renewed sense of my purpose to help this company be the best it can be.

I don't think anything needs to be changed for the culture. We are a very positive company. Of course more customers would make everything better. Just like the saying, good thigns come to those who wait. I know the damn is going to break, and we will be crazy busy, which will be a great moment.
