I believe they truly listen and care.
The leadership team actively participates at all levels to help us achieve our goals. They bring their expertise but will also listen to other's ideas, help brainstorm a plan, and see it all the way through (without micromanaging). They excel in the business and human side of running a company.

Mark has helped define a more clear vision and goal for the company, and cleared operational distractions from that goal (namely vape). The rest of the team seem driven and on board.
