Everyone is customer obsessed - what is the right thing to do for the customer is always the right answer to every problem we face.
There's life outside of work. When duty calls, job performance is what matters, but otherwise, I'm free to schedule my day as I see fit and am given ample free time and PTO to take care of personal matters and enjoy a life outside the office.

Even though we are a fully remote company, which definitely brings its challenges, I never feel alone. We are always in communication with one another and supporting each other. What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't think anything needs to be changed for the culture. We are a very positive company. Of course more customers would make everything better. Just like the saying, good thigns come to those who wait. I know the damn is going to break, and we will be crazy busy, which will be a great moment.
