I am most happy when I am not bothered all day with Slack messages, I feel less efficient for the tasks at hand sometimes. I guess I do have trouble finding happiness at work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I personally feel under utilized for my skill set. I also feel like I lack exposure to decision making and that I have become more of a "doer" than a problem solver / strategic thinker

Right now there is a lot of busy work due to downtime.

Nothing is going wrong but my projects have a turnover that causes them to stop making me feel as if maybe I'm doing something wrong but its just changes in business requirements
