The leadership team is generous with their time and investment in people. Considering the breadth of knowledge and experience on the team, the engagement from them is usually insightful and feels like they are in the trenches with us.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
stock options are really great
It is more than most companies offer. My pay is drastically higher than my last job. The benefit are awesome.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when I see Maergo posting new open job positions for a higher entry level salary than some of those who have been in their roles and with the company for longer

While being compensated in equity is fantastic, it should not be an offset to cash compensation. Equity is an alignment tool, to have employees invested in the companies future. Cash compensation, for me, feels significantly below what I could achieve on market.
I'd feel better about compensation if there were a plan for raises in place. We work well beyond our job titles here, and a 5-10% bump annually isn't too much to ask for.

Really dedicated, experts and innovators
Everyone is open to stepping up and helping when needed. Truly a small but mighty team that makes the day fun.
We all know what we need to do and we all do it well. There is no hiding in a company as lean as Maergo so we all know we are doing our part.

Everyone works at their own pace as long as the job and the work gets done and the network is running smoothly it's a good day

Maergo emphasizes recognizing employees as people first. We are interested in getting to know each other as a means of working together better.
We have an extremely tightknit team and one in which we are all working together to build something great!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't think anything needs to be changed for the culture. We are a very positive company. Of course more customers would make everything better. Just like the saying, good thigns come to those who wait. I know the damn is going to break, and we will be crazy busy, which will be a great moment.

Working for a company that is not afraid to let their employees know they are doing a good job. Feedback from the AMs, are always positive. I want this company to go far, and I will be proud to have worked here during the main building phase of Maergo.

I feel I am making a difference. There is not such thing as busy work - every responsibility and role makes a tangible impact on the progress and success of the company.
The people I am surrounded by and the product that we have brought to market.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I personally feel under utilized for my skill set. I also feel like I lack exposure to decision making and that I have become more of a "doer" than a problem solver / strategic thinker
Right now there is a lot of busy work due to downtime.

Nothing is going wrong but my projects have a turnover that causes them to stop making me feel as if maybe I'm doing something wrong but its just changes in business requirements
