Despite being remote Maergo has been easily the most rewarding job I have had to date

The transparency and honesty during QBRs goes a long way for employees to know what is actually happening at a high level

Mark has helped define a more clear vision and goal for the company, and cleared operational distractions from that goal (namely vape). The rest of the team seem driven and on board.

I wish the maternity leave time was longer and 401k match

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when I see Maergo posting new open job positions for a higher entry level salary than some of those who have been in their roles and with the company for longer

We all know what we need to do and we all do it well. There is no hiding in a company as lean as Maergo so we all know we are doing our part.

Everyone works at their own pace as long as the job and the work gets done and the network is running smoothly it's a good day
