It was good when it was IM flash. Then they got bought, and offered a lucrative package to move to their Manassas location. Since moving, it's become apparent that poor management, low comparative pay, and lack of promotion opportunity has been driving good employees away for quite some time.

People need to have hope of moving up in the company, and in pay. Management needs to realize that their actions create a negative culture. Mostly through micro-management and a general attitude of mistrust and focusing on the negative

There's no enthusiasm, and nobody has any incentive to improve our work area, or go above and beyond the bare minimum. Some employees go out of their way to make others look bad in an effort to make themselves look better, and management unknowingly plays into this.

They need to learn how to judge their employees ability better, as well as how to trust the employees that are experts in their fields. We often receive direction from management on how to fix problems that doesn't make sense to those who understand the nuts and bolts of the problem fully.
