They are people centric and care about well being
People have the freedom to come and go as they please but are generally available for you during regular working hours

Common goal and focus need to be aligned with all department
There's no enthusiasm, and nobody has any incentive to improve our work area, or go above and beyond the bare minimum. Some employees go out of their way to make others look bad in an effort to make themselves look better, and management unknowingly plays into this.
Need to improve the culture around meetings and collaboration in general. Meetings rarely have even the most basic agenda and are often a free-for-all for random ideas, and suggestions. 10+ meetings in a day is pretty common. Not much ever comes from most meetings, either. Massive drain.
