It was a very long time ago but fair and concise.

typically is a fair process, the questions are the same for all candidates.
It is difficult to interview in general
You get to meet a variety of people
friendly and ask good questions
I went through 5 interviews and each one was different. Only 2 were Leetcode style problems, but they were very easy. Felt very conversational, and didn't feel the dread of other FAANG-type interviews.

Required technicians to have some education and/or experience. We hire people as technicians who were a cashier on their previous job.
Shorten the number of interviews.
