Executive team only cares about making arbitrary deadlines for their own benefit, and often times do not take the end-user or the employees executing the project into consideration.

They need to learn how to judge their employees ability better, as well as how to trust the employees that are experts in their fields. We often receive direction from management on how to fix problems that doesn't make sense to those who understand the nuts and bolts of the problem fully.

Recognizing the massive sea change regarding remote work. Very much stuck in the past when it comes to this.

Micron talks about caring for its employees, but it is insisting employees work onsite even though they work in jobs that could easily and effectively be done from home.
