Everyone seems to feel a sense of accountability and is there to support one another, the local environment is truly amazing at MOD, and on location they embody the culture the company claims

The interviews got rescheduled several times due to the GM pushing them, but the interviews themselves were pretty okay. It did take over a month from accepting the job to actually starting though.
