It was laid back, but again, It was extremely laid back. The manager overshared with me about her personal life and was using unprofessional language with me.

Interacting with customers and putting a smile on someone's face especially if you can tell that they are stressed or not feeling the best. Filling someone's heart and stomach makes me feel accomplished, even if I'm not making millions, I can tell that those things make a change, although small.

I truly love what MOD pizza stands for, and their morals are great. Again, I dont know if this particular location was being run poorly, but the work environment was laid back, but to a point, it was too laid back. I love that MOD provides second chances and believes in the growth of people.
