The growth and job security.
Great place to work retirement plans great
It is a work in progress.
The doctors and nurses are top-notch, medical decisions are research-based. The administration is completely cut off from what is going on in the trenches. They are not receptive to feedback. They may listen to appease, but they rarely act to fix. Poor communication during emergencies
I am not very happy to be forced to get state retirement. I was not at a competitive salary before that bought the hospital I work at and now to be forced to give up another 9% means I can not survive on the wages that I make. Now I must find another job because I cannot afford to work for MUSC.
