Superb commitment to clinical care and innovating in areas where little support from the hospital exists.
Harder worker everyday got friends
Commitment to the patients we serve.
We take each day as it comes and help each other complete the work each day.
We have the best team. We work well together with what little resources we have and genuinely care about each other and patient safety.
Team playing is what we call it
Its not really a team . Management has their favorites who get treated special while others like me have to pick up the slack.
Teamwork is number one where I work but this changes depending on your unit.
The team is committed to the success of the enterprise.
