In production, the most positive aspect were my coworkers. Overall company culture was not the most positive. The company has no intention of keeping your work and home life separate.

My leadership fought for me for better pay and better treatment from upper management. They were extremely communicative from the higher regarding employee decisions and were always on our side with interpersonal and inter-department disputes.
