Cohesion, teamwork, support, collaboration and ongoing growth and improvement.
My coworkers care about our patients and clinics. Always trying to do what is best for them.
The best thing about my team is that we are focused on the goals at hand and we work together to achieve them. There is no blaming or shaming yet we are busy and priorities change often and quickly so you have to be flexible to work here.

My team was small and quite efficient. When problems or mistakes would arise, they were handled with care, consideration and respect.
