What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager is amazing. I have flexibility in my role. It is remote. I am not micromanaged. I am happy under my manager.

Our leadership communicates clearly and is transparent about what drives the business.

They invest to win and make a big impact. This results in strong company growth, but also a lot of innovation and clinical evidence that helps physicians and patients.

My leadership fought for me for better pay and better treatment from upper management. They were extremely communicative from the higher regarding employee decisions and were always on our side with interpersonal and inter-department disputes.

I ABSOLUTELY love my manager Tichelle Lyons. TIchelle supports me in everything I do and we need more people just like her throughout the industry. She's firm but supportive & a great mentor. I always know exactly where I stand with her because she's clear about her expectations & how I meet them.

The leadership team on 1st shift is highly competent and attuned to the needs of the team. They're always doing their best to keep us informed and up to date on company goals, policies, and procedures.

Doesn't matter due to the outsourcing! But they should have listened to the employees more.
