What did you like most about the interview process?I did a panel interview. The panel was brutally honest but I appreciated it because there was no surprise coming in to a fast paced environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The stock is HUGE. I live in a rural area so my pay is phenomenal. I am very happy with the compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?My manager is amazing. I have flexibility in my role. It is remote. I am not micromanaged. I am happy under my manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Honesty, integrity and the ability to manage would be skills that might enable business growth. Shrinking the workforce is not a growth strategy.
