- What did you like most about the interview process?I did a panel interview. The panel was brutally honest but I appreciated it because there was no surprise coming in to a fast paced environment.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The stock is HUGE. I live in a rural area so my pay is phenomenal. I am very happy with the compensation.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?My manager is amazing. I have flexibility in my role. It is remote. I am not micromanaged. I am happy under my manager.
