How employees describe working at Natera

The company itself is great. I love what they stand for. The pay is solid. That being said, there are issues with leadership misalignment from the top down. The leadership team is made up nearly all men who have been with the company for 8+ years and they are not used to change.

The compensation package is competitive and well rounded, offering both financial stability and valuable benefits that support my overall well-being.

Great experience from the start. Lots of collaboration and information sharing. Natera is a great organization that stands behind its core values and demands excellence organization-wide. There are processes in place to provide support and ensure service excellence.

I have been at Natera for a few months and only have great things to say. The people are great, and there is a lot of opportunity for interesting, challenging work at a company trying to improve their public perception and making a difference in the healthcare space!
