What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing. I have flexibility in my role. It is remote. I am not micromanaged. I am happy under my manager.
Our leadership communicates clearly and is transparent about what drives the business.
They invest to win and make a big impact. This results in strong company growth, but also a lot of innovation and clinical evidence that helps physicians and patients.

My leadership fought for me for better pay and better treatment from upper management. They were extremely communicative from the higher regarding employee decisions and were always on our side with interpersonal and inter-department disputes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honesty, integrity and the ability to manage would be skills that might enable business growth. Shrinking the workforce is not a growth strategy.
The lack expertise in thr dosease state
Doesn't matter due to the outsourcing! But they should have listened to the employees more.
Incompetent would be an understatement. They claim to be a data driven company but when data does not align with what they want, they ignore
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock is HUGE. I live in a rural area so my pay is phenomenal. I am very happy with the compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low base salaries and somen paid less than male counterparts
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cohesion, teamwork, support, collaboration and ongoing growth and improvement.
My coworkers care about our patients and clinics. Always trying to do what is best for them.
The best thing about my team is that we are focused on the goals at hand and we work together to achieve them. There is no blaming or shaming yet we are busy and priorities change often and quickly so you have to be flexible to work here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Constant communication is great and helpful on my day to day tasks.
Nateran's come to work with purpose. We are here for our patients and making their lives better. In my department we work hard and fast but we help each other and get it done.

Top down changes in leadeship
Need to clean house at top and get rid od those who are friends of ceo

What did you like most about the interview process?
I did a panel interview. The panel was brutally honest but I appreciated it because there was no surprise coming in to a fast paced environment.
Had two interviews with two directors or above each time. They each painted a very realistic picture of the role and the organization while sharing their own personal journey.
Many in HR are very helpful with our interview process.
The interview process was thorough. I met with multiple levels of people on the team, management, peers, subordinates, etc. I was also asked to prepare and present a sample work product to the team. It was a good challenge and a great way to ensure we both were getting what we wanted.
The rounds of interviews were very quick, without having to wait for a decision. I liked that a formal presentation was not required during the interview process.
