Natera Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

I did a panel interview. The panel was brutally honest but I appreciated it because there was no surprise coming in to a fast paced environment.

Had two interviews with two directors or above each time. They each painted a very realistic picture of the role and the organization while sharing their own personal journey.

Many in HR are very helpful with our interview process.

The interview process was thorough. I met with multiple levels of people on the team, management, peers, subordinates, etc. I was also asked to prepare and present a sample work product to the team. It was a good challenge and a great way to ensure we both were getting what we wanted.

The rounds of interviews were very quick, without having to wait for a decision. I liked that a formal presentation was not required during the interview process.

Review from Marketing Dept

You are valued as a professional and you pass through all the team members before a decision is made

Review from Marketing Dept

Ability to meet different leaders that I'd be interacting with.

It was efficient and fast.

Meeting my boss, being able to share my background, & knowing that it was exactly what the department needed.

My experience was a quick process that didn't get needlessly extended. My mistake was not insisting a meeting with the CEO.

Meeting stakeholders and work colleagues.

They ended the interview on a positive note with a nonsensical question. It helped diffuse the tension I felt throughout the process, and made me feel like they cared about putting candidates at ease.

Seemed fair and open. Treated with respect
