Natera Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The stock is HUGE. I live in a rural area so my pay is phenomenal. I am very happy with the compensation.

The compensation package is competitive and well rounded, offering both financial stability and valuable benefits that support my overall well-being.

My entire compensation package is impressive.

I love the stock and ins benefits

Natera's compensation package is more than fair. Our benefits package is comprehensive giving people a lot of options.

It is above the avg, plus the benefits are great

Review from Marketing Dept

Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, comprehensive health coverage, and retirement plans such as a 401(k) with company matching. It should also provide generous paid time off, parental leave, and flexible work options.

Equity options and health benefits

Equity can be valuable and motivating given the company's stock appreciation.

pay seems fair on experience & title. I'm glad that Natera offers a PPO health insurance plan, have not used it, yet. I apricate other coverages: dental, vision, life, and discounted Natera testing option.

Base, bonus and equity are competitive.

Wages and stock options are fair

Equity has a lot of value

I enjoy the stock option. I feel more invested in the success of this company because I also own shares.

It is pretty steady. I like the fact that there is flexibility in evaluating performance at least twice a year. If there is a chance to promote and or adjust compensation these steps are taken sooner than later.

Unlimited vacation, good healthcare, stock options

RSU's allow me to participate in the success of the company

Not sure. Haven't received it yet

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very low base salaries and somen paid less than male counterparts
