Extremely well organized. They are very progressive about adopting new technologies, care about the well-being and health of their employees, and are willing to pivot the entire organization in order to take advantage of new and better organizational strategies.
Diversity both racially, and mentally. Not everyone is the same here, there are a lot of vastly different personalities here. My last place seemed like everyone was of the same thought process and no one challenged the status-quo. Also, almost all teams hit their sales quota and above here.
People are expected to not work too much, but are given the tools to work extremely efficiently. Everyone also comes from a lot of different backgrounds from the best companies in the world, so leadership has a strong understanding of what a good organization should look and feel like.
The 3 managers I interviewed with were completely different. One came at me with philosophical questions, one came at me with career and life questions, and the last came at me with very job specific questions and a role play. The balance was very good and there was no monotony.
That I am getting paid well, can see a future path, my work isn't monotonous but needs a lot of strategy and options to do things different than your counterpart are very open. My last place, everyone was forced to just pump out metrics , low quality but high in quantity metrics.
Flex PTO is great, ESPP adds an extra 5% to my salary, healthcare covers 95% of costs, but most importantly, you get treated like an human that has a life outside of work here. Grind if you want, but you can also make a lot of money while living a health worklife balance here.
