New Relic has an amazing CEO and strong leadership. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this company with the right amount of growth but also focusing on scaling and doing things the right way. Awesome product with huge market potential.

They are easy-going and follow a people first culture. Work is important but not at the expense of New Relic Employees, best company yet. Management here could definitely become a bit stricter with Travel approvals, budgeting and expenses. Also, Salesforce tracking is poor.
