Unlimited vacay at vp level & above, and certain GTM roles. Everyone else received PTO days based on length of service. Reporting PTO isn’t policed consistently across all orgs.

do you agree with the overall marketing strategy there?
No, the digital intelligence platform messaging is pretty bad in contrast to historical marketing messages and efforts. New Relic used to be considered an innovator in tech marketing, and now seems to be lagging in originality and focus.

Little to no promotions in light of merit until end of fiscal year each year.

Hard to rate Lew lower because he's the best...but he's allowing the hardships we face to continue and not doing anything about it.
