It has been great and I received a 25% increase in income and equity (but not including reductions in healthcare/benefits costs). Then after 8 months of working here. I received an additional 35% increase in income and equity in the form of a promotion and raise.

They are easy-going and follow a people first culture. Work is important but not at the expense of New Relic Employees, best company yet. Management here could definitely become a bit stricter with Travel approvals, budgeting and expenses. Also, Salesforce tracking is poor.

Flex PTO is great, ESPP adds an extra 5% to my salary, healthcare covers 95% of costs, but most importantly, you get treated like an human that has a life outside of work here. Grind if you want, but you can also make a lot of money while living a health worklife balance here.
