Exciting culture, lots of opportunities to contribute, growth is stagnant in the last few years hence opportunity pool has shrunk
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is diverse and inclusive. Generally, meetings are objective and people are keen on collaborating and working together. The culture is enviable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy-going and follow a people first culture. Work is important but not at the expense of New Relic Employees, best company yet. Management here could definitely become a bit stricter with Travel approvals, budgeting and expenses. Also, Salesforce tracking is poor.
