I've had great moments and grown tremendously at New Relic. After a reorg in 2020, leadership is practicing top-down innovation which leaves Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers little room to contribute meaningfully or innovate.

Leadership ignored competition, from private companies and open source projects, and we're now trying to catch up. Product leaders were promoted from engineering ranks and are mainly focused on execution rather than strategy or the customer. The CEO dictates everything.
