Overall, it's a great place to work. I am paid fairly and encouraged to excel as well as learn new things. My colleagues are genuinly nice and I love the challenge Organon has presented to me.

I love the added bonus payout as well as RSU eligibility. It's nice to have sums of money do to big projects, etc. It's hard to save up large amounts otherwise.

Their transparency and approachability is so appreciated! I love their energy and passion for our work. I also like the 'let's get it done' attitude, not one of finger pointing or blaming. Organon is refreshing and I love working here!
