Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary conditions should be better for the level of responsability, together with the fact of the extra effort due to lack of resources

workload too high, resources are not distributed to the needs of the respective areas I would prefer to get additional resources rather than getting a higher salary

in comparison to other companies within pharma and with a comparabe size, I am at least one level below and therefore have a lower basic salary and lower bonus, LTIs etc

The salary ranges can be reviewed further as it used MSD data and in Organon we have roles that are stretched and complex.

they were very nice. unfortunately they just sold me an ideal role that is not translated into the day to day reality of the role.
