Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking to bring in new talent into the organization is a challenge. I am happy with my compensation but looking to hire new team members, their asking starting salary is much higher than what I (or my manager) make. Organon is offering undervalued salary it's current employee & new talent?

Too heavy workload, much stress, not enough time for onboarding, get bombarded by emails (many emails on the same thing - too many reminders, even before the deadline of a task)
