I enjoy my job as a rep and the interactions I have with customers, and I go the extra mile due to my relationships with them. I try to keep interacting with top management to a minimum,, as it is nit safe to speak up and what they say and what they do are miles apart.

My car allowance is pathetic. Every time I buy a new car I have to buy smaller and pay extra. So I feel as if I'm taking a paycut. The maangers do not use the inspire reward system, I do not feel like doing extra anylonger as there is no reward. What management say and what is done is different
