Out of all the people I know, I think I've got the best job. Often, I hear people complain about everything from the boss, to coworkers, to ineffective management, and I find myself thinking that I must be very lucky since I don't encounter those problems at all.

Osmosis is the best company I've worked at. I am clear on the goals of the company and for my team. I'm confident about reaching out to my manager for support when I need to.

We have very opening communication, and changes are discussed publicly before changes are implemented. These often take place as team wide brainstorm meetings.

Talking to team mates and working on the same projects with them. Feels like we are all working together towards the same goals.

From the top down, all the managers place a lot of emphasis on culture. People are welcome to share their opinions and I've never seen them being ridiculed in any way.

What I like best about our leadership team is the constant reminder of our values. Entire segments of weekly meetings is dedicated to this and there's always spontaneous shout outs throughout the week.

although we are only a start up and didn't start with any benefits, it's good to see that we are adding to it every year as we grow. so I know we are being looked out for.

Since the early days of our company as a start up, we've been increasing the benefits year by year. Even though we do not have the best benefits yet, I know that the leadership values the team enough to improve this aspect of the company as we grow bigger.

One thing that I really like about our team is how it feels closer in a lot of ways compared to other companies, even though we're 100% remote. I know many of the hobbies and interest and family events of my team mates due to activities put together by our wonderful people op team.

Our team invests heavily in the careers and skills of our team members so they can be promoted to better positions. Even though we are a remote company, I feel closer to the people on the team compared to other jobs. We do weekly 1:1, or we have people do mini presentation on their hobbies.

Caring and having each others back. I feel we are all aligned on our vision and value as those are on the first slide of our weekly presentations, and our CEO and HR really promotes them. I feel like the team cares about our opinions and there's no judgment, drama, or nepotism on the team.
