I have never worked for a company so dedicated to the team, the culture, and to the mental health of the staff. Osmosis offers mental health sessions, several opportunities to connect with each other weekly, and leads with a human-first mentality that truly makes for a supportive workplace.

The structure is not too rigid so it allows room to breathe and be heard. People and management make an effort to get to know you and celebrate with you even on your personal milestones and make you feel remembered when things aren't going swimmingly.
