What I like best about our leadership team is the constant reminder of our values. Entire segments of weekly meetings is dedicated to this and there's always spontaneous shout outs throughout the week.

Since the early days of our company as a start up, we've been increasing the benefits year by year. Even though we do not have the best benefits yet, I know that the leadership values the team enough to improve this aspect of the company as we grow bigger.

Everyone is super nice and willing to jump in and help if you need anything! Also, everyone on the team is SO talented, but they all remain very humble and are eager to learn new things from their fellow teammates!

One thing that I really like about our team is how it feels closer in a lot of ways compared to other companies, even though we're 100% remote. I know many of the hobbies and interest and family events of my team mates due to activities put together by our wonderful people op team.

I love that the team, even though fully remote, still feels so connected and friendly. Whenever we get a chance to meet up in person, the interactions are always so natural and it just feels like long-time friends getting together.

Got to speak with the team a lot rather than answering questions online etc

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Response time was slow, interviewing team didn't feel like it understood my experience. The process felt very 'standard'. I feel like it would be better if some part of the interview were geared towards my past experience. The application requirements were also lengthy.
