Everyone is genuinely kind and interested in learning about each other. A lot of thought and effort has gone into cultivating a culture that is inclusive, even though the company is completely distributed.

Working remotely with a flexible schedule is a huge perk. Access to a health coach, encouragement to always continue learning (webinars, conferences, books, podcasts, etc), and an extremely thoughtful group of people who look out for each other.

The freedom to connect and chat with people. It's encouraged to spend time getting to know each other and helping each other grow in all aspects of our lives. It's incredibly easy to be yourself in this environment.
