I have been at Osmosis for a year and a half. I was welcomed with kind notes and even a personalized mug with my image on it. The team is so thoughtful, and I am genuinely happy to see everyone I work with - virtually - every day! I am excited about the mission, and I feel blessed to be here.

I have never worked for a company so dedicated to the team, the culture, and to the mental health of the staff. Osmosis offers mental health sessions, several opportunities to connect with each other weekly, and leads with a human-first mentality that truly makes for a supportive workplace.

My team is made up of genuine, caring, and dedicated people. It is refreshing to want to come to work and to see and interact with those I rely on to get work done and done well. We all care for each other, and we celebrate milestones, events, marriages, children, academic achievements together.
