Stay out of the drama because there is a lot of outside drama that they bring in there there's constantly bickering between the employees everybody sleeps with everybody's boyfriend so if you can stay out of the drama mind your own business and don't take offense to them making you feel like you don't belong there you have a Fighting Chance

Park Parkers does not do a background check or drug test a lot of their employees have substance abuse issues his bottom line is making money

HR is one person and that's the owner and he pretty much lets them fight it out amongst themselves if there was an issue

They don't really do company outings most of the people that work there or related and some of them are friends that have grown up with those that are related and the only kind of our things that they do is they go to bars after work and drink

you don't have teams at Parkers and if you want to switch shifts and you're not a friend or close relative that works there you are not switching they will make you work nights every day and work every weekend

They're onboarding process is outdated you bring in your ID and your driver's license they write everything down and ship it off to the home office which is Wade's home

there are no hard interview questions they don't really know how to conduct interviews they just asked your availability and if it fits in with theirs they hire you

Parker's does not here to a lot of the policies as other companies do this is just a mom-and-pop kind of place and Wade Highlander being the owner pretty much does whatever he wants

They all go out to bars together they do a lot of drinking

the thing that I am proudest about working at Parkers was the day after I gave my two week notice and was able to leave that place

I wish I would have known that working there and being from outside this community was not a good idea I was treated poorly other people were getting raises and special treatment from the owner and because I was not a native of this community I was overlooked for raises promotions and treated horribly and always made to feel like I was an outsider

Parker's has a lot of drama so in order to succeed at Parkers I would say that you have to be from this community because if you're not they will pick at you and find reasons 2 make you feel like an outsider until you are so tired of it that you quit because they don't have a reason to fire you

Depending upon how desperate they are for employees you could be hired the same day

Parkers say they promote from within although pretty much you do not get promoted they mostly hire their friends and those that are hired in from outside this community are treated like Outsiders and there is no promotion for you
