More money, more reasonable expectations, & the ability to review management that actually impacts their wages. Management runs unrestrained, that is why this company is horrid. There is no accountability for management's abuse.
Philips review structure is designed so you are competing against your coworkers for raises. As such, coworkers do not help one another at all. The company sows a toxic work culture as well.
