Im not sure I feel a 'culture'. The last time HR presented at Town Hall on 'culture' it was more a conversation around 'meeting effectiveness'.....not what I believe people were hoping for

Its more of distributive work, no common authority, managers without much powers
Linear and international, you easily can approach both senior and junior levels
