What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Consider that the people who work for them might actually have lives outside of work.

Everything. They are lazy and incompitent

Put people over profits. This concept is foreign, except in P.R. and advertising

Strategy to grow business. Coherent action.

Once again, the customers have one service expectation, and this company delivers something completely different

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership is not focused enough on teams and individuals. This is the first time in nearly 20 years that I have been compelled to ignore the truth for fear that my immediate management will be more likely to harm me and that they will be protected.

Make sensible acquisition and make best use of it benefiting the patients. Reduce complex process

360 degrees evaluation and question reasons why people leave the company

Looking after employees well being

Office politics were they pick and choose what or whom misconduct occurs. Where others within the "workplace click", grossly break the company policy daily and are protected and endorsed also.

stop putting out fires and start to prevent them

Review from Engineering Dept

Treat your employees as the valuable assets they are

Review from Operations Dept

Put your ego down and lead. Also recognize talent and put it to use before it leaves you.

Terrible technical decisions pushed by executives who rotate and know little about what they mandate.

Review from Engineering Dept

prepare and focus more to excel in future

Almost 4 years without a promotion, while consistently getting "exceeds".

Review from Operations Dept

Communication and empowerment of the field workers.

The leadership team is completely focused on pleasing the Dutch Masters and they have little regard for customers or customer facing employees

Leading with objective instead od leading their ...

Listening to the field and creating positions that allow promotion from within.
